Terms of Service

The use of services provided by Quick Home Search constitutes agreement to these terms.

1.) Promotion Services - We will perform services after we have received payment and we and/or our payment partner(s) have screened the order(s) in case of fraud. It is your responsibility to provide us with current contact information. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your order.

2.) Content - All services provided by Quick Home Search may only be used for lawful purposes. The laws of the State of Illinois and the United States of America apply.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Quick Home Search from any claims resulting from the use of our services.

Use of our services to infringe upon any copyright or trademark is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to unauthorized copying of content, research, photographs, or any other copyrighted work.

Acceptable material include: If in doubt regarding the acceptability of your site or service, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

3.) Payment Information - You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from Quick Home Search, in advance of the time period during which such services are provided. You agree that until, and unless, you notify Quick Home Search of your desire to cancel any or all services received, those services will be billed.

4.) Cancellations and Refunds - Quick Home Search reserves the right to cancel any account at any time with or without notice and offers no refunds for services provided. Cancellation must be done within seven business days prior to the next scheduled payment date by speaking with a live representative at the corporate office 312-602-3438, confirmed e-mail sent via our contact page, or by mail to the corporate office located at:

5.) Price Change - We reserve the right to change prices listed on Quick-Home-Search.com, and the right to increase the amount of resources given to plans at any time.

6.) Indemnification - Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Quick Home Search harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Quick Home Search, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Quick Home Search against liabilities arising out of; (a) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Quick Home Search; (b) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (c) copyright infringement and (d) any services provided to customers by Quick Home Search.

7.) Arbitration - By using any Quick Home Search services, you agree to binding arbitration. If any disputes or claims arise against Quick Home Search or its subsidiaries, an arbitrator of Quick Home Search choice will handle such disputes. All decisions rendered by that arbitrator will be binding and final. You are also responsible for any and all costs related to such arbitration.

8.) Disclaimer - Quick Home Search shall not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Quick Home Search makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, for services we provide. Quick Home Search disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9.) Disclosure to law enforcement - Quick Home Search may disclose any subscriber information to law enforcement agencies without further consent or notification to the subscriber upon lawful request from such agencies. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.

10.) Changes to our Terms of Service - Quick Home Search reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.
